Overview

Connecting push-fit Sanking plumbing to a threaded fitting, valve or piece of equipment calls for the right adaptor rather than an improvised workaround. The Male Threaded Coupling from Sanking does exactly that, giving you a clean male-threaded connection point on an otherwise push-fit plumbing run.

It's a small, inexpensive part that solves a specific plumbing problem cleanly.

Key features

Male threaded connection for linking push-fit Sanking pipe to threaded fittings or equipment
Simple, tool-free installation on the push-fit side
Compact and inexpensive — easy to keep spares on hand

Who it's for

Anyone plumbing a sump or manifold who needs to connect Sanking push-fit pipework to a female threaded valve, pump outlet, or other threaded fitting.

Setup & tips

Check thread size compatibility with your fitting or equipment before installing
Use PTFE tape on the threaded side for a reliable seal against a non-Sanking threaded part
Ensure pipe ends are clean and free of burrs before pushing into the fitting
Keep a couple of spares in your plumbing kit, since these small fittings are easy to need mid-build
